Brittney Burross, ENP, is the 9-1-1 Quality Assurance Coordinator and ECC Liaison for the North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1). With over 17 years in Public Safety, Brittney's career began as a 9-1-1 telecommunicator before joining the North Central Texas Council of Government’s Regional 9-1-1 Program in 2016. She holds a Master Telecommunicator Certificate and is a certified TCOLE Instructor and she stands out as a subject matter expert in peer-to-peer and group critical incident stress management debriefing, assuming the crucial position of the NCT9-1-1 Regional CISM Taskforce Administrator. 

Beyond her local role, Brittney serves as the Communications Liaison for TX TERT, and is an active member of the NENA WIN Committee and the Texas Public Safety Conference Planning Committee. Recognized for her proficiency, Brittney earned her ENP Certification in 2020. 

In 2024, Brittney was inducted into the Texas NENA Board as the North Regional Coordinator, highlighting her commitment and leadership in emergency communications. Her dedication makes her an invaluable asset to the field.
