About the event
Our Board meetings include an Open Session, held once per quarter from April to April, where members in good standing are welcome to attend as observers. At times, the Board may move into an Executive Session to address sensitive matters such as personnel, legal, or contractual issues; these portions are closed to members. To support transparency while protecting confidential information, the Executive Board maintains a formal policy governing member attendance at Board meetings.
