Troy started his career as a 911 dispatcher in 2015 when he joined the Baytown Police Department. Over the last 8 years, Troy has held multiple positions including, Telecommunicator, Supervisor and currently the Assistant Communications Manager for the 911 center. Over his career, Troy has taken many courses to assist him in his development of a Leader and someone who can be an asset for others. Troy has obtained NENA’s CMCP Certification and recently ENP is April 2023. Troy has also completed the FBI-LEEDA trilogy. Troy is also the East Regional Coordinator for TX-TERT. Troy looks forward to being the voice for the East Region. Someone who will take the important needs to the table and fight for the changes that are needed in the 911 profession.
