Brittney Burross, ENP, is a Customer Success Manager for Rapid Deploy, a Motorola Solutions company. With over 19 years of experience in Public Safety, Brittney brings a deep passion for supporting 9-1-1 professionals and enhancing emergency communications across Texas and beyond. She holds a Master Telecommunicator license, Instructor certification, and is certified in both peer-to-peer and group Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Brittney earned her Emergency Number Profession (ENP) certification in July 2020 and has proudly served on the Texas Public Safety Conference Committee for over 6 years. She currently serves as the First Vice President of Texas NENA, where she continues to advocate for innovation, collaboration, and excellence in the 9-1-1 community.
