Priscilla "Pri" Sarabia, ENP, CMCP, has spent more than two decades serving others through leadership, advocacy, technology, and education. Her career began inside a 9-1-1 center, where she gained firsthand experience supporting communities and public safety responders during moments of crisis. Over time, she grew into leadership roles, managing the El Paso County 9-1-1 Communications Center and supporting the development of emergency communications professionals.

Today, Pri works in the public safety technology space with GovWorx, partnering with agencies to strengthen their operations through AI-driven quality assurance, training, and workforce development solutions designed specifically for communications centers.

Through her role as a Texas NENA Commercial Advisory Board Member, Pri remains committed to supporting the 9-1-1 community and advancing the mission of emergency communications professionals across Texas.
